Please prepare the following information for your panel / workshop request:
- Request type (workshop or panel)
- Title of presentation
- Overview of your panel/workshop
- Target Audience
- Desired Outcomes (what will attendees gain?)
- Length of presentation desired
- Any day or time restrictions
- Presenters (their name, affiliation)
- Any special AV/Computer/Network needs
- Track / topic area (if appropriate)
- If a workshop a detailed agenda should also be prepared
